Risks of Microdosing

Although there are only a few disadvantages to microdosing- it is mportant to list potential negative effects:

• Fatigue – psilipsybin can cause fatigue
• Tolerance (needing more of the substance each time to get the same effect) although not scientifically proven, people report tolerance when microdosing every day instead of following a microdosing protocol.
• Other possible side effects caninclude nausea, headaches or increased anxiety
