We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund you for the amount of the items and waive return shipping fees. If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item(s). If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online at mamadose.com, please read below.

 

How to start a return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mamadose.com with your order number. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at info@mamadose.com for assistance.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
